La ex alcaldesa de Maipú, hoy formalizada, no podrá cobrarlos dineros ganados en plataforma para adultos

El Noveno Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago ha decidido este miércoles aceptar la solicitud de embargo presentada por la Municipalidad de Maipú, en su calidad de querellante, contra la exalcaldesa de dicha comuna, Cathy Barriga. La administración del alcalde Tomás Vodanovic solicitó específicamente que se retengan los ingresos que la exautoridad obtenga por la venta de contenido para adultos en la plataforma Onfayer.

La petición, presentada por los abogados José Pedro Silva y Marcos Contreras en representación del municipio, solicita al tribunal que la empresa propietaria de la plataforma retenga los pagos que debería realizar a Barriga mensualmente, es decir, las ganancias que genere a través de dicha plataforma. Esto ocurre mientras la exalcaldesa cumple con la medida cautelar de arresto domiciliario total, tras ser formalizada por supuestos actos de corrupción durante su gestión al frente del municipio de Maipú entre 2016 y 2021.

En este contexto, el tribunal emitió un fallo que establece “una medida cautelar de retención de fondos sobre las sumas que la empresa Grows SpA abone de manera periódica a la acusada Cathy Barriga Guerra, en relación con las ventas que esta realice a través de su plataforma ‘Onfayer’”.

De acuerdo con la solicitud del municipio, el tribunal determinó que será la empresa propietaria la encargada de retener, por el momento, los ingresos generados por Barriga. Esta acción se toma como medida cautelar hasta que se resuelva el futuro judicial de la exalcaldesa.

  2. No me agrada Barriga, pero lo de Vodanovic más parece una obsesión, quitarle la plata de de su trabajo, lo convierte en el abusador de mujeres más votado de Santiago.
    Toha, Errazuriz y otras, dejaron millonarias deudas en sus municipios y no pasa nada. 🙄
