Una mujer venezolana se encontraba vendiendo en un carrito de comida cuando personal de carabineros le pidió los documentos en una fiscalización.
La mujer indignada se rehusó a la fiscalización, todo esto ocurrió en la comuna de Santiago
Además la mujer acusó a los carabineros de agresión «el ciudadano policía acá me está agrediendo, soy venezolana y me está agrediendo» gritaba la señora a viva voz.
La señora no portaba en ese momento ningún tipo de identificación, a los que fue detenida por los funcionarios de carabineros y puesta a disposición de la justicia.
